The Peruvian Foreign Ministry disclosed on Tuesday morning that Brando Flores, a Peruvian citizen and a member of the military reserve force in Israel, had passed away, while three others from Peru remain missing. Peru's ambassador, Manuel Cacho-Sousa, provided this information to local media. Brazilian authorities reported the demise of Ranani Nidejelski Glazer, a Brazilian citizen, whose girlfriend, Rafaela Treistman, recounted that they were attending the Nova music festival on Saturday when Hamas launched their attack.

Seeking refuge in a nearby bunker along with fellow festival attendees, they found themselves inside when "gas bombs" were thrown into the shelter, as described by Treistman in her account to CNN Brasil. She shared the harrowing experience of witnessing injuries and fatalities within the bunker, with no means of escape.

Treistman's exposure to the gas left her disoriented and prone to fainting, causing her to lose track of her boyfriend, Glazer. "I don't remember things well. I know at some point he was with me, we were at a corner, hugging, and then he was not there anymore.

I was so disoriented that I asked a girl next to me: Ranani, is that you? And she didn't answer," Treistman recounted.

She and another friend were eventually rescued by the police, but they were unable to locate Glazer.

Furthermore, according to an update provided on Monday evening by Argentina's Foreign Ministry, seven Argentinians have lost their lives, and fifteen others are missing. Colombia's Foreign Ministry also reported two of its nationals as missing on Monday evening. Separately, authorities in Panama announced on Monday that a previously missing Panamanian woman had been located.
